Wedding
Day Details

This
package is for the bride who wants to plan
her own wedding but doesn't want to worry
about a thing on her wedding weekend. We
will take care of the details for you.

1 hour face-to-face meetings starting
one month prior to the wedding date
- Unlimited
email and phone consultations beginning
one month prior to wedding
- Confirm
timelines, contracts and final payments
with vendors
- Create
timelines for the rehearsal, rehearsal
dinner and wedding day for wedding party
- Coordination
and direction of rehearsal (2 hrs. max),
ceremony and reception (10 hrs. max) (bouquets,
corsages, boutonnières, ring pillows,
favours, escort cards, programs, gift
table, guest book set-up, etc.)
- Secure

- Set up of ceremony
and reception (5 hours maximum for both
locations)
